Enjoying a different design to an ‘Elm’ , The Hungate is equal in size at 38sqm. Entering through a small hallway it enjoys a large living kitchen area with a separate ensuite bedroom. Rooftop views over pretty Princes Street.
BRIDEWELL
Our top floor is dedicated to 7 Bridewell penthouses with views over churches and chimneys, sunrises and sunsets. Through your entrance door into a hallway and then each penthouse has its own unique design. Bosch kitchen, luxurious shower room, double master bedroom, large sofas, dining tables and chairs and a choice from range of design and layout. Utilities and high-speed broadband included in the monthly cost. One of these luxurious and spacious apartments can accommodate up to two couples - reserve this one in advance.
CATHEDRAL VIEW APARTMENT
The Cathedral View apartments are approached by a private entrance adjacent to PH. Both apartments have spectacular world class views looking over Tombland and to the Cathedral. Beautiful living kitchen areas are fully furnished. The master bedrooms feature an en-suite and in addition a large two person bath with rain fall shower. The second bedroom enjoys a luxury shower room. There is a separate WC. The bedrooms have sensational King size beds and their own study space to supplement the open plan living dining kitchen room.
