Once you have made a decision for Princes House to become your new home, a Holding Deposit equivalent to one week’s rent is required to reserve. The Holding Deposit is refundable in your first rental payment. A personalised Application Form is emailed to you to complete and return along with your passport copy and Right to Rent documentation.
